The Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) (www.cidc.in) , was established by the erstwhile Planning Commission in 1996 jointly with following parenting Union Ministries & PSUs) to help promote efficient methods, technology, management and skill development in order to develop and implement world class projects within least time and at least cost.
