As a Green evaluation criterion, CIDC has been conducting the CIDC Comprehensive Green Rating (CCGR) evaluation of the projects under consideration for the decoration of Vishwakarma Award since 2014. This evaluation has been instrumental in ascertaining the greenness of the projects, and grant of ratings to them under CCGR Evaluation Procedures.
CCGR Evaluation procedure encompass a process for evaluating any construction project under five core sets of pre-defied criterion to evaluate the extent of greenness achieved by that project. It is conducted as a third party activity to allow the objectivity of the rating. Details about CCGR can be seen at the website of CIDC www.cidc.in.
From the year 2022, CIDC is enhancing the range of services by including rating services to all interested projects in the regular portfolio of the Vishwakarma Awards Applicants.
To meet this additional requirement, CIDC desires to empanel construction professionals to function as the CIDC Green Evaluators (CGEs) who would evaluate the applicant projects to assess their greenness and submit their recommendations to the CIDC Green National Advisory Committee (CGNAC) for the grant of rating.
Interested professionals, having an experience of at least 05 years or more in the fields of design, planning, tendering or execution of construction projects, are requested to submit their expressions of interest to serve as the Green Evaluators under CCGR. Each application must accompany a detailed CV of applicant highlighting the applicant's capability in conducting the project evaluation. Suitable candidates would be identified from such expressions and shall be offered necessary training on CCGR Procedure through Continued Professional Development training program. Candidates successfully completing the training program shall be tested and certified as CIDC Green Evaluator. Upon certification, such candidates shall be eligible to serve as the CGE on green rating projects.
